Brent Rosen, CPA

President

Brent is a Certified Public Accountant providing tax consulting, bookkeeping, and marketing services to small businesses across all industries in El Paso and beyond.

A graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Brent earned a business honors degree followed by a master's in accounting. He earned his CPA license within a year of graduating while working at PwC, where he audited Fortune 500 companies in the Austin area and helped prepare financial statements for an IPO.

Cristina Garay

Director of Operations and Development

Cristina is a seasoned business leader with more than two decades of experience in operations, client relations, and organizational development. A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cristina spent 20 years at a local financial planning firm, where she was the steady hand behind every operational aspect of the business.

Her days called for a range of hats: she oversaw HR, IT, marketing, and compliance, often shifting between them in the span of a single day. That experience gave her a gift for juggling many roles at once, setting priorities quickly, and seeing how every part of a business connects to the whole.

DJ joined the firm as VP after a rigorous interview process, which consisted of walking in, sniffing everyone, and being declared the most qualified candidate by unanimous vote.

He has never missed a day of work, though he has missed several meetings by sleeping through them. This is considered acceptable at the executive level.
