Cristina is a seasoned business leader with more than two decades of experience in operations, client relations, and organizational development.

A graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cristina spent 20 years at a local financial planning firm, where she was the steady hand behind every operational aspect of the business. Her days called for a range of hats: she oversaw HR, IT, marketing, and compliance, often shifting between them in the span of a single day. That experience gave her a gift for juggling many roles at once, setting priorities quickly, and seeing how every part of a business connects to the whole.

Above all, Cristina's most important role was developing and maintaining client relationships. She understood that lasting client loyalty is built on trust, consistency, and genuine care, and she made it her priority to know the clients and their needs and to keep them well served year after year. She earned her Series 6 license to support the firm's 401(k) division with plan setup, enrollment, and ongoing client servicing. She also i streamlined processes for onboarding new clients so that their first experiencewith the firm was as smooth and welcoming as every experience that followed.

After a two-year career break, Cristina joined the City of El Paso's Economic Development Department, working in the Attraction and Retention Division. There, she gathered on-the-ground data from the region's largest employers to inform the policies and incentives used to attract major employers to the city. Her work gave her direct insight into the operational and workforce needs, challenges, and successes of the community's key decision makers.

At Rosen Consulting, Cristina serves as internal consultant to the team, guiding staff in client development while streamlining operations and launching programs that improve efficiency and effectiveness. She is passionate about staff development and is committed to opening new opportunities for team members to grow within their roles. She brings the same dedication to her family's hair salon business, where she oversees the growth of the salons and the development of their teams.

Away from work, Cristina finds her balance in the outdoors. She is happiest with dirt under her fingernails in her garden or out on a trail with her husband. Time in nature keeps her grounded, and it's the same patience and care she brings to growing her garden that she brings to growing people and businesses.
